Smoking Policy

We have a strict non-smoking policy throughout. Any damage caused by tampering with the sensitive smoke detectors will result in a charge levied for repair and professional cleaning of the room.!

Check in/out times

Normal check-in times are arranged between 2-6 pm.
Out of hours check-ins need to be arranged well in advance.
Check-out time is 10:30am. Luggage storage is available.
We are happy to keep your luggage whilst you are having your last stroll in Bath.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, except AMEX.

Cancellation Policy

We require three full days notice. Our cancellation policy is based on normal legal practice within the UK, whereby proprietors have the right to charge in full if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.

If you are concerned about cancellation you are advised to take out travel insurance.
